I know the headline takes a minute to understand which is exactly the point.
If you’re a good guy with a gun, you might not have a minute to decide — or — you might not WANT to take a minute to decide.
After all, you’ve been checked out on the AR-15 slung over your shoulder — and you honed your cat-like reflexes at a recent militia weekend.
Of course, you might need to be concerned about the other good guys who could instinctively (and erroneously) ID you as a a bad guy. Perhaps those good guys haven’t been able to get to as many militia weekends as you for one reason or another.
So, if they happen to engage you with their weapon, you should simply shoot them without hesitation.
I mean, they might not be bad guys, but you wouldn’t know that at this point, would you? Better to stand your ground and not risk getting killed by that good guy with a gun who thinks you’re a bad guy with a gun -or something like that.
